Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QUANTRAMA's quantum security assessment platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use QUANTRAMA's scanning services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid license
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on QUANTRAMA's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Scanning Services

QUANTRAMA provides quantum vulnerability scanning services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have authorization to scan the target domains and systems
• You will not use our services to scan systems you do not have permission to assess
• You understand that external scans are limited to publicly available information
• You will not use scan results for illegal or malicious purposes

4. Subscription Tiers

QUANTRAMA offers three service tiers:

• Free Tier: External TLS scanning with limited reports
• Professional Tier ($500-$2,000/month): Internal scanning with agent deployment
• Enterprise Tier ($5,000-$50,000/month): Full platform access with migration planning and compliance mapping

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Partner API Terms

Partners accessing QUANTRAMA's white-label API agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of API keys
• Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
• Not resell or sublicense API access without written authorization
• Clearly attribute quantum risk assessments to their own brand when using white-label features

6. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your scan results and cryptographic inventory data are:

• Encrypted at rest and in transit
• Never shared with third parties without your consent
• Subject to our Privacy Policy
• Retained according to your subscription tier and deletion requests

7. Disclaimer

The materials on QUANTRAMA's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. QUANTRAMA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

QUANTRAMA scanning services identify potential vulnerabilities but do not guarantee complete security. Quantum threat timelines are estimates based on current research and may change.

8. Limitations

In no event shall QUANTRAMA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use QUANTRAMA's services, even if QUANTRAMA or a QUANTRAMA authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on QUANTRAMA's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. QUANTRAMA does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. QUANTRAMA may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
